From June 17th to June 21st 2024 the first workshop of the newly founded DRD3 collaboration. It is the successor of the RD50 collaboration and focuses on the R&D of solid state detectors for future collider experiments.
On the workshop our institute reported on measurements and simulations of 4H-SiC devices and radiation damage, proposed a project to develop a comprehensive radiation damage model of 4H-SiC for simulations and showed the latest improvements in regard to signal processing electronics. Here is a list of all contributions:
- First Results from the Planar Run of the RD50-SiC-LGAD Common Project
- TCAD modeling of radiation induced defects in 4H-SiC diodes and LGADs
- TCAD Radiation Model for 4H-SiC
- TCAD Models/Parameters and Tool Fusion
- Characterization of the RD50-MPW4 HV-CMOS pixel sensor
- Applying DMAPS technology to the Upgrade of the Belle II Vertex Detector
